Want to be a coach for Den Rosa Sko?
We are looking for female coaches for our Pink Shoe bridges in Groruddalen.
Den Rosa Sko works to ensure that more girls get to experience the joy, mastery, and community in football, especially girls who face barriers to participating in organized sports. Through our school project, girls get to try football during school hours. The Pink Shoe bridges are the next step: a free, weekly football offer where girls can continue to play in a safe environment – and for those who want, get help to take the step further into a football club.
Now we need more coaches
As a coach at a Pink Shoe bridge, you conduct weekly football sessions together with other coaches. You will contribute to an environment where the girls feel welcome, dare to try, and want to come back.
We are looking for someone who:
- is a girl/woman and wants to be a coach and role model for younger girls
- has experience from sports, training, or activity management
- likes working with children and creating activity and football joy
- is confident, inclusive, and good at seeing the individual
- can take responsibility and work well with others
You don't need to have extensive coaching experience. You will receive training and follow-up from experienced coaches.
