Den Rosa Sko
We give girls in Oslo a great first experience of football – and stay with them all the way from the schoolyard to the club.

Den Rosa Sko started at Bjerke upper secondary school in 2016. Sports students teach PE to third graders at primary schools across Oslo, based in Groruddalen. The older girls become role models, the younger ones want to keep playing. Our goal is simple: more girls – especially girls from multicultural backgrounds – in organised sport.

Coop Øst has awarded Den Rosa Sko NOK 50,000 through its 2026 community fund.

In less than two years, the number of girls' teams for 6–7-year-olds in Oslo's most disadvantaged districts has grown from 5 to 11.
Den Rosa Sko is supported by foundations, the sports community, the City of Oslo and local businesses.
Would your company like to help more girls into sport? As a partner, you help us reach more schools, run more bridges and give the girls equipment and experiences they will remember. We tailor every partnership together with you.
