Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible. This page explains what we store, why, and how to have it deleted.
Data controller
Stiftelsen Den Rosa Sko, org. no. 935 300 770, is the data controller for personal data collected through rosasko.no. Questions can be sent to Managing Director Eli Landsem at Landsemeli@gmail.com.
Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address with Brevo, which sends the newsletter on our behalf. You will first receive an email asking you to confirm, so that nobody can sign you up without your knowledge.
The basis for processing is the consent you give in the form. You can withdraw it at any time – every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Your address is then removed from the list. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not share it with anyone.
Site statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit our pages and which pages are read most. The service uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across websites. That is also why we have no cookie banner.
The numbers we see are aggregate statistics – we cannot tell who you are.
Sign-in for staff
Staff at Den Rosa Sko sign in to a separate admin panel to publish articles, events and photos. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, and we store the name, email address and time of the last change for each user. This applies only to staff, not to visitors.
Photographs of children
We only publish photographs where we have consent from a parent or guardian. If you see a photograph you would like removed, email Landsemeli@gmail.com. We will take it down as quickly as we can.
Your rights
You have the right to see what we have stored about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw a consent. Send us an email and we will reply as soon as we can – within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe we are handling personal data incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
